Our large main living room area at Milady Coffeehouse is available to reserve and rent. You may reserve half of the space or the full living room space. (Our front entry areas and our loft area are always available for our patrons however.) Coffee and drinks are purchased in house but food may be brought in. East Wing Venue
The newly established East Wing Venue within the May Brothers Building embraces the historical feel of the 140-year-old building with an added touch of contemporary. This space is ideal for birthday parties, graduation parties, smaller weddings, celebrations of life, and general overall receptions. A catering kitchen is available for use at the back of the venue. Quality tables and black chairs are included in the rental price. Linens are available to rent.
